CancelOrder
1) All orders only accept free cancellation within 24 hours after payment is completed.
2) All orders canceled more than 24 hours after payment was completed and before shipment will be deducted an order processing fee of 20% of the product price.

Refunds
****We accept returns. The buyer has the right to send us an email to request a return within 15 days of receiving the product. Returns are subject to the following requirements:
1- Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, and items of intimate or hygiene items, dangerous goods or flammable liquids or gases are not accepted for return.
2- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, making sure that all items inside the packaging are intact. Otherwise, the buyer will bear the cost of all damaged parts and has the right not to refund.
3- All returns will be the buyer's responsibility for return shipping.
If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the package is lost, the resulting loss will be borne by the buyer.
4- If the total price at the time of purchase does not meet the standard shipping fee paid by the free shipping policy, it will also be deducted when choosing a return refund, that is, only the product price paid will be refunded for the return refund.
5- If you are not willing to be responsible for the shipping cost to return the package, you can choose to keep the product and send an email directly to our customer service to negotiate a partial refund.
